Geared to any age and level of dog, this seminar will cover the important building blocks of a great foundation: impulse control games, focus & motivation games, obstacle skills, rear end awareness, fundamentals of handling and more!

“Contact Foundations”

This seminar will give you the tools to train the amazing contacts that “Say Yes” is famous for! Suitable for green dogs who are learning or experienced dogs in need of retraining, we will cover the games used to teach the dog to drive to his contacts with speed, accuracy, confidence, reliability and independence.

Sunday’s seminar:

"Course Analysis & Handling: Driving the Line & Turn Cues"

Maximize your time on course with clear and consistent handling! Learn how to use your body to cue the dog to drive ahead on his line and how to cue him to turn. We will also cover when and where to use front crosses, rear crosses and serpentines, as well as teaching your dog to find his lines on course.

Seminar hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Working spots are limited to 15 on Sat. & 12 on Sun. Auditors are limited to 12. The seminar will be held in an air conditioned building.
